If your sign needs a funky shape, there's a good chance that Dibond® is the material of choice.
But just what is Dibond®, and what can we do with it? We’ll show you.

Strip of Dibond bent into a ribbon shape |
Dibond® sandwiches a sheet of Polyethelene (think plastic) between two thin sheets of aluminum with a permanent bond. This produces a lightweight, but durable substrate that can be bent or routed into just about any shape.
Dibond® is available in many finishes including brushed aluminum and copper, stainless steel and other standard paint colors. Thicknesses vary from 2mm to 4mm, all are safe for outdoor use and electrical signage. Dibond® is extremely easy to add graphics to. It accepts paint, screen printing inks, vinyl, digital and direct-to-board printing. Anything you can design can go on Dibond®.

Because it is both light weight and rigid, Dibond can be used in many
applications with less structural support than other substrate. Indoors or out, Dibond® can be the perfect solution to custom shaped signs and displays.
